Terms of Agreement

At O-Line Security, we take the education and training of our students very seriously and strive
to provide a positive and productive learning experience. With that in mind, we have established
the following cancellation policy for our live courses.
 

To be eligible for a full refund of registration fees, a written notice of cancellation must be
received by O-Line Security at least 5 business days prior to the class start date. In the event that
the notice of cancellation is not received within the specified time frame, or in the case of non-
attendance of a registered class, the registration fee will be forfeited.
 

For those who wish to reschedule their course, please notify O-Line Security at least 5 business
days prior to the class start date to ensure availability and to allow us to make any necessary

Please note that all payments for our on-demand courses are final and no refunds will be issued.
This policy is in place to ensure that our resources are efficiently utilized and that the quality of
our services is maintained.
