Cancellation Policy

At O-Line Security, we take the education and training of our students very seriously and strive to provide a positive and productive learning experience. With that in mind, we have established the following cancellation policy for our live courses. To be eligible for a full refund of registration fees, a written notice of cancellation must be received by O-Line Security at least 5 business days prior to the class start date. In the event that the notice of cancellation is not received within the specified time frame, or in the case of non-attendance of a registered class, the registration fee will be forfeited. For those who wish to reschedule their course, please notify O-Line Security at least 5 business days prior to the class start date to ensure availability and to allow us to make any necessary arrangements.
